How to cope with change without feeling overwhelmed or anxious

Caught in a whirlpool of change? Society, our workplaces and our families are constantly changing and at a rapid speed. Feeling anxious, angry or overwhelmed trying to keep up or make sense of what is happening and why? Wish you felt calmer, less stressed and in control?

Really brilliant

This was a really brilliant tele-class today on riding the emotions of change. Simple, to the point tips that will assist greatly as they're put into practice. I am so glad I booked into this class I got much more out of it than I expected. Thanks Rachel. A five star rating!

The easy tele-class format

  • The advantage of this tele-class, for someone with a busy life, is that you do not have to leave your home or workplace to participate.
  • No role plays!
  • It gives you immediate and personal access to a top presenter.
  • It is an interactive seminar held on your computer. There is a presenter and a group of participants. However, instead of sitting in a seminar room you join in via your computer, tablet or 'phone from anywhere, providing you have a good Internet connection.
  • You can watch the presenter speaking throughout.
  • You can listen to the presenter.
  • You see the presenter's PowerPoint slides.
  • You are able to write questions and comments to the presenter all the way through, if you wish, and hear her responses. You also see the other participants' questions, comments and answers.
  • You do not need a microphone or webcam.
  • The tele-classes are not boring - or time wasting. They are packed with high content and start bang on time with dynamic information.
  • You waste no time on travel.
  • It is at a far more affordable price than a face-to-face seminar.

Presenter: Rachel Green:

  • Rachel is the Director of the Emotional Intelligence Institute, an emotional intelligence and engagement specialist, and one of Australia's most dynamic, down-to-earth and popular expert speakers.
  • She is passionate about helping people understand the impact that their emotions have on their ability to cope with change, and making it easier for people to be more agile in the face of never ending changes.
  • She has worked with several key organisations on understanding change including Muja Power Station, Great Southern GP Network, Silver Chain, Bowra & O'Dea, Synergy, City of Greater Geraldton, the Shire of Busselton and more.
  • She recently worked with local government organisations on the implementation of the local government reform process, and has made several presentations during 2015 to CEOs, team leaders and care providers in the NDS (National Disability Services) and to organisations such as Anglicare - all of whom are undergoing major reforms in service delivery and funding.
  • She has also experienced considerable changes in her own life, including illness, employment changes, legislative changes at work, staff changes and so on. She will draw on her personal experiences and what she has learned from them.
  • She is an engaging, warm, lively presenter with a great sense of humour. She promises not to be boring.

Simply fantastic

Simply fantastic. There were several pieces I learnt that were completely new and eye opening. I am so happy Rachel Green is doing this tele-class and so grateful I could join in. It was really wonderful to see her on video, it felt very personal and one-to-one, thank you.

I really enjoyed the format and Rachel's warmth

I just wanted to say thank you for today's tele-class. I really enjoyed the format and Rachel's warmth and that I will benefit from the information shared - all excellent!

I find the tele-class technology so easy

Thank you Rachel! Your tele-class was a wonderful experience. Living in the country makes it difficult to gain access to valuable information and I find the tele-class technology so easy.

Short, sharp and to the point!

It was great to be able to do this live tele-class, in my own space and with no travel and accommodation expenses, but still being able to interact with other participants. Rachel's presentation was short, sharp and to the point; and I was able to take away so much from it, even though we only had an hour. I would recommend Rachel's live tele-classes to anyone wanting to acquire new skills, brush-up on old ones or discover something about themselves.

Cherie Wallace, Coordinator Statutory Planning, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Western Australia.
Enormously beneficial

Just want to let you know how much I enjoyed the live tele-class last week. It was at a time which really suited me in that I could finish work, log onto the tele-class, complete the session and still be home in time for dinner! Once the class started I found it really easy to follow and I could ask questions via the chat box. The information you gave us is enormously beneficial.
