Caught in a whirlpool of change? Society, our workplaces and our families are constantly changing and at a rapid speed. Feeling anxious, angry or overwhelmed trying to keep up or make sense of what is happening and why? Wish you felt calmer, less stressed and in control?

  • Rachel is the Director of the Emotional Intelligence Institute, an emotional intelligence and engagement specialist, and one of Australia's most dynamic, down-to-earth and popular expert speakers. 
  • She is passionate about helping people understand the impact that their emotions have on their ability to cope with change, and making it easier for people to be more agile in the face of never ending changes.
  • She has worked with several key organisations on understanding change including Muja Power Station, Great Southern GP Network, Silver Chain, Bowra & O'Dea, Synergy, City of Greater Geraldton, the Shire of Busselton and more.
  • She recently worked with local government organisations on the implementation of the local government reform process, and has made several presentations during 2015 to CEOs, team leaders and care providers in the NDS (National Disability Services) and to organisations such as Anglicare - all of whom are undergoing major reforms in service delivery and funding.
  • She has also experienced considerable changes in her own life, including illness, employment changes, legislative changes at work, staff changes and so on. She will draw on her personal experiences and what she has learned from them.

Short, sharp and to the point!

It was great to be able to do this live tele-class, in my own space and with no travel and accommodation expenses, but still being able to interact with other participants.
