  • The advantage of this tele-class, for someone with stress, anxiety or a busy life, is that you do not have to leave your home or workplace to participate.
  • A further advantage is that you don't have to talk in front of other people or be part of a group. Your level of involvement is completely up to you.
  • No role plays!
  • No one need know you are participating except for those of us at The Emotional Intelligence Institute.
  • It gives you immediate and personal access to a long-term meditation practitioner.
  • It is an interactive seminar held on your computer. There is a presenter and a group of participants. However, instead of sitting in a seminar room you join in via your computer, tablet or 'phone from anywhere.
  • You can see and listen to the presenter speaking.
  • You see the presenter's PowerPoint slides.
  • You are able to write questions and comments to the presenter all the way through, if you wish, and hear her responses. You also see the other participants' questions, comments and answers. 
  • You do not need a microphone or webcam.

I would recommend Rachel's live tele-classes to anyone

Loved how interactive it was

Enormously beneficial

Just want to let you know how much I enjoyed the live tele-class. Presenter: Rachel Green:

  • Rachel is the Director of the Emotional Intelligence Institute, an emotional intelligence and engagement specialist, and dynamic professional speaker who's cured herself of panic attacks through her meditation practice. 
  • She is the author of the CD set/mp3s, "Happy not hassled: Using meditation to manage your emotions and find contentment". 
  • She has had a regular mindfulness and meditation practice since 1987 and has helped run a weekly, free community meditation group at her local hospital for many years.
  • She has attended several weekend meditation retreats as well as a 9 day silent one, and has been lucky enough to have been taught by several internationally acclaimed meditation teachers over a 28 year period.
  • She teaches meditation as part of the team at her meditation group and incorporates it into many of her workshops and presentations on resilience and anxiety relief. 
  • She has tertiary level qualifications in psychology, speech pathology, adult education and the Feldenkrais Method.
  • She is warm, engaging and practical, and promises not to be boring!
